This one recording does three jobs: it sets your baseline number, it is the material your personal A/B mix is built from, and on day 30 you read it again so the two are comparable. Read at your normal speaking pace. Don't perform it, and don't push your voice down.

Days 1–7Exposure	Your personal A/B mix, twice a day, 2–3 minutes — once within 10 minutes of waking, once in bed before sleep. Headphones, eyes closed. Nothing else to do.
Days 8–14Anchoring	Same track, plus the chest anchor: after each of your own segments, repeat the phrase aloud with a palm flat on your sternum. Sound in the ears + vibration in the chest = one signal.
Days 15–21Variation	Alternate the order and let the track surprise you, so your brain never stops responding to it. Re-measurements on days 7, 14 and 21 track what is moving.
Days 22–30Proof	Shadowing — speak along with your own track. Day 30: new recording, second measurement, and your before / after cut.
